The Meadowbrook complex consists of 1 and 2 story buildings totaling 40 units; 32 one-bedroom apartments for 62 or older and 8 accessible one-bedroom apartments nestled in a nice country setting in the center of Carver, MA.

Beautiful landscaping, flower gardens and lots of outdoor space for picnics and barbeques are enjoyed by all. A community building provides laundry facilities , full kitchen and function room for resident meetings and activities.

Meadowbrook is close to the town hall, police and fire stations, banks, doctors, pharmacies, parks, churches,restaurants,shopping and a beautiful new library.  The Carver Council on Aging provides a bus to the complex for general transportation.

A Resident Services Coordinator initializes activities, guest speakers and services for the residents of the community.

Rents are calculated on an individual basis according to income, assets and medical expenses at 30% of adjusted income.
