Prence Grant Elderly Complex

The Prence Grant Elderly Complex is located in two areas on Webster and Parsonage Streets near the center of Marshfield, MA.  The whole complex consists of 30 units; 28 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom. Over half of the units are accessible for wheelchair accommodations.  All units have washer/ dryer hook-ups and separate front and back courtyards.  This lovely setting allows residents to have personal and common outdoor activities. 

The community room has additional laundry facilities, a full kitchen and a function room for meetings and activities.  A Resident Services Coordinator organizes activities, guest speakers and services for the residents.

Prence Grant is quite close to shopping, police and fire stations, groceries, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, banks, and the Council on Aging.  

Rent is determined on an individual basis from all income, assets and medical expenses at 30% of adjusted annual amounts.
