The Woodlands elderly complex is located at 165 County Road in Plympton, MA. This large building is nestled at the end of a picturesque drive in a quiet, natural, country setting. The building is compromised of 40 one-bedroom apartments including 2 accessible units and a beautiful community space.
The two story building has laundry facilities on each floor and an accessible elevator. The large community space has a full kitchen and a function room for activities and meetings. A Resident Services Coordinator organizes guest speakers, activities and services for the residents. It is just a short drive to shopping, groceries, banks, doctors, restaurants, and pharmacies. Twice a week bus transportation is provided to different grocery stores. Rent is calculated on an individual basis according to all income, assets and medical expenses at 30% of annual adjusted amounts.
