Greater Plymouth Area Supportive Housing Program
This program provides decent, safe, affordable housing with support services for families with one or more disabled family member. Families must be homeless and meet income eligibility requirements for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Once accepted the family is placed in one of 10 family units, owned and operated by South Shore Housing. SSH staff work with families to develop a comprehensive service plan, connecting them with needed services and supports to help them live more independently.
